Process
Clean surface, apply seal using professional sealer bottles
on grout only, recommended for new homes (because we do not
want to seal floors that may have grout damage or grout discolorations)
We recommend sealing grout before it gets damaged.
Step 1 - Tile & Grout Clean Only
Spray solution on floor, scrub each and every grout joint
using a professional turbo tile cleaning machine with 1200
PSI, 210 Degree hot water , and solution to clean and sanitize
floor. Vacuum with 240 pounds of suction to absorb the remaining
water. After cleaning, the grout may appear darker, but it
will dry to its original color. At this point, if you continue
to see a color variation of grout, permanent grout damage
exists, and a stain and seal is applyed.
